23 Mar 2008, on the cooperation of Mr. Prem Roj Rai, a Give-and-Take program was organized by Kirar Rai Yayokkha at Shangrila Curry House, Yuan Long.

On the program, Ex-Executive committee had given congratulation and wishes of successful period to the Newly-Elected Committee, while New-Committee had given appreciations and thanks to Ex-Executive Committee for their past dedication to KRAHK.

On the program, the Ex-Executive committee had left their seats for the New-Committee members. Mr. Dev Raj Rai (Ex-Secretary) had given all official documents and key to Mr. Shashi Madan Rai (New-Secretary), Similarly Mr. Kisan Rai (For, Ex-Treasurer) had given Cash and Bank Book to Mr. Pratap Kumar Rai (New-Treasurer).

The program was chaired by Mr. Narhang Rai, and took movement by Shashi Madan Rai.
