27 Apr 2008, on the instruction of Mani Kumar Rai (Executive member and in Chief of Cultural Depart of KRAHK) and coordination of Dr. Niran Rai (Teacher of IKT Memorial College), the Sakela Shilli Training was practiced from 27 Apr 2008 to 18 May 2008 every Sunday. The following students of IKTMC were participated on the training.

The first trained students had presented their Shilli on the occasion of Shakela Ubhauli 2008 at Tai Mo Shan hill on 25 May 2008.
