15 Jun 2008, on the coordination of Mr. Narhang Rai, the second version (2008) of official website of Kirat Rai Yayokkha was reconstructed and layout by Mr. Shashi Madan Rai.

The website added the new enhancement and new features to view Kirat Rai Hong Kong's Activities. The information is categorized systematically in five columns. Home & About column is added for KRAHK's activities while other columns are dedicated to facilitate research work for history, language, culture, literature, scripture and religion of Kirat Rais.

The website also changed its appearance to better view in wide screen (1024 X 768) pixel resolution. Another feature, it was totally converted into PHP rather it was written in HTML language. Now viewer can browse this web faster than before.
